YY-24 Infrared Laboratory Dyeing Machine
- Machine Construction
This machine is composed of driving system and its control system, electric heating and its control system, machine body, etc.
- Installation and Trial run
1) In order to avoid noise when the machine working, please take it out from the package carefully and put it in a flat place. Attention: there must be certain space all around the machine for easy operation and heat dissipation, at least 50cm space in the back of the machine for cooling.
2) The machine is single-phase circuit or three-phase four-wire circuit(details on the rating label), please connect an air switch at least 32A with overload, short circuit and leakage protection, the housing must be reliable ground connection. Please pay much more attention on below points:
Ａ Wiring as the marking on power cord strictly, yellow and green wires are ground wire(marked), others are phase line and null line(marked).
Ｂ The knife switch and other power switch that without overload and short circuit protection are strictly prohibited.
Ｃ Socket ON/OFF power directly is strictly prohibited.
3) Wiring the power cord and ground wire as the marking on power cord correctly and connecting the main power, put the power ON, then check the power indicator light, programmable thermostat and the cooling fan are all OK or not.
4) The machine rotation speed is 0-60r/min, continuously viable controlled by frequency converter, put the speed control knob on No. 15(better to lower speed for inching), then press the inching button and motor, check the rotation is OK or not.
5) Put the knob on manual cooling, make the cooling motor working, check it is OK or not.
- Operation
The operation according to the dyeing curve, steps as below:
1) Before operation, inspect the machine and do well preparations, such as the power is ON or OFF, dye liquor preparation, and make sure the machine is in good condition for working.
2) Open the dodge gate, put the Power switch ON, adjust suitable speed, then press the inching button, put the dyeing caves well one by one, close the dodge gate.
3) Press the cooling selection button to Auto, then the machine set as automatic control mode, all the operations proceed automatically and the machine will alarm to remind the operator when the dyeing is finished. (Referring to the operation manual of the programmable thermostat’s programming, setting, working, stop, reset and other concerned parameters.)
4) For security, there is a micro safety switch in the lower right corner of the dodge gate, automatic control mode only can be operate normally when the dodge gate closed in place, if not or opened when the machine working, automatic control mode interrupt immediately. And will be recover the following work when the dodge gate closed well, until finished.
5) After the whole dyeing work finished, please take along high temperature resistance gloves to open the dodge gate(better to open the dodge gate when the temperature of working box cool down to 90℃), press the inching button, take out the dyeing caves one by one, then cooling them rapidly. Attention, only can open then after full cool, or hurt by the high temperature liquid.
6) If need stop, please put the power switch to OFF and cut off the main power switch.
Attention: The frequency converter still under stand by with electricity when the main power switch ON while the machine operation panel power is OFF.
- Maintenance and Attention
1) Lubricate all the bearing parts every three months.
2) Check the dyeing tank and its seals’ condition periodically.
3) Check the dyeing caves and its seals’ condition periodically.
4) Check the micro safety switch in the lower right corner of the dodge gate periodically, ensure it in good condition.
5) Check the temperature sensor every 3~6 months.
6) Change the heat transfer oils in the rotation cage every 3 years.(also can change as the actual using situation, usually change when the oil have bad effect on the temperature veracity.)
7) Check the motor condition every 6 months.
8) Clearing the machine periodically.
9) Check all the wiring, circuit and electrical parts periodically.
10) Check the infrared tube and its concerned control parts periodically.
11) Check the temperature of the steel bowl. (Method: put 50-60% capacity glycerin in it, heating to the target temperature, keep warm 10min, put on high temperature resistance gloves, open the cover and measure the temperature, normal temperature is lower 1-1.5℃, or need to do temperature compensation.)
12) If long time stop working, please cut off the main power switch and cover the machine with dust cloth.
